Where we deliver

Across the United Kingdom (mainland). PO boxes and BFPO addresses aren't served for now.

What it costs

Nothing — every order ships free, no minimum spend.

When it arrives

We prepare your order in 1–2 working days; delivery then takes 3–10 working days — around 4–12 working days in total. Order before 6:00 PM (GMT) for same-day processing eligibility; later orders start the next working day. Busy seasons and carrier hiccups can add time — if a real delay hits your order, we'll email you.

Following your parcel

Your tracking number lands in your inbox at dispatch. Pop it into our Track Your Order page; the first scan can take a few days to appear, and your tracking names the carrier delivering to your door.

Hiccups

Address wrong or incomplete? Undeliverable parcels may return to us — we'll arrange redelivery (extra costs may apply if the error was on the order). Parcel lost or damaged? Email info@luvalie.com with your order number (photos if damaged): we'll chase the carrier and sort a replacement or refund.
