Do I pay for delivery?

Never — delivery is free on every order. Preparation takes 1–2 working days, delivery 3–10 working days, all tracked. See our Shipping & Delivery.

What if it doesn't suit me?

Send it back within 30 days of delivery — unworn, tags on — or swap the size or colour. Email info@luvalie.com to start. Full details in Returns, Exchanges & Refunds.

How do the sizes run?

Each piece has a UK size guide with bust measurements in cm, plus a fit note (oversized styles say so). Between sizes? The fit note tells you which way to go — or email us.

How should I care for my knitwear?

Cold hand wash, dry flat, never wring — each product page carries its own care line. Treated well, good knitwear lasts for years.

How do I track my parcel?

Your tracking number is emailed at dispatch — enter it on our Track Your Order page. First scans can take a few days.

Which payments do you take?

Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, plus Apple Pay and Google Pay where available. Prices include VAT; everything is encrypted.
